I've always been active in nonprofit work and volunteering with The American Cancer Society, GALEO, The Community for a Better Atlanta and many more, valuing the network and social good humans can do when we get together. Even when I established my own LLC, Venice Vibes Studios, I worked with POC, non-native speakers, small businesses specifically during the pandemic and helped establish their digital footprints to organically grow and maintain clientele during an unprecedented time. Offering my knowledge & services without price gouging.
Thanks to these business owners, I learned how interface design and user experience truly impacted us daily. I spent the next few years building my non-profit network.
Im honored to be working with organizations such as the Southern Center for Human Rights and their upcoming campaign with RestoreHER and NatlUTB. It is an honor to also assist SisterCare, Justice & Wellness Center, The Self Care Agency, and Dignify A Diva with their newest program endeavors and to continue to provide my skills for true, honest, human causes.
AAS will continue to be a partner for social good and financial growth of POC, immigrant, secondary english speakers, disadvantaged and disregarded groups through art and design.
VVS LLC was not renewed due to my move to CA and then GA, but rather reborn as AAS, Applied Arts Studio.
