From VVS, Applied Arts Studio was born to with a mission to prevent digital gatekeeping; a mission that begins with Progressive Creativity: Empowering disadvantaged creatives and companies with the tools necessary to succeed in the digital reality. I believe the reality we are creating - the Digital, must be created by humans for humans. The Digital reality deserves true creatives to frame its architecture and interface, the same way all humans deserve digital literacy. I hope to establish Applied Arts Studio as a non-profit once adequate funding is raised, read the manifesto here ->‍

Our Artists will be Social Designers & Mentors. Using our skills, expertise and network to provide free Digital Literacy, Design & Business classes to underfunded communities. These classes are extended to any age, any person, in any country who wants to be more prepared, aware and informed in the digital age. The heart will be the AAS Creative's Program. We will provide rentable modern laptops (both Mac and PC) with preloaded design programs & classes. Classes also held in person and via zoom in YOUR language. These Basic 101 classes will be uploaded to Youtube for international, free to use.
